28# and a diet change


Here's the salad I had last night!
I'm still not eating meat of any kind, but I've added a little Feta cheese here and there to a salad, pizza,wrap...

This salad is a Cranberry Pecan salad.  Greens, Dried Cranberries, Pecans, Feta Cheese, Raspberry Vinigrette dressing!

I've been on this new lifestyle for 2 months now and have lost 28#  Seems like it's not too fast that I'll gain it all back......IF I quit and started eating SAD again....though I have no intention of doing that! :) 

I had to go buy new Jeans this week, mine are all too big now! :)  dropped 1-2 sizes!  :)

  1. Good going, Emily. I am so happy to hear that things are going well for you. How was the move? Are you getting settled into your new home?
    Things are going well here. Still trying to maintain a 'mostly' oil, animal product free diet but do make some exceptions here and there. I am really trying to keep the exercise kicked in high gear each day and even have my kids and husband interested. "-)

  2. Thanks! :) Feel so good! Sounds like you're doing good too! :)

    We're not moving till May, June or July! :) Since we're moving across the country we're not sure when everything will be lined up and in order, but we have to wait till the boys are out of school and that is May 7th! :)

    I need to excersise more! I'm just not getting much! :( Mostly just up and down our stairs to do laundry and going to town, which I spent all day in town on Thursday so got some good walking in! ;)
