1 c. your choice of Flour (I used whole wheat, but nut flours would be good too!)
1/2 c. rolled oats
1/3 c. coconut sugar
1/4 c. coconut oil
1/4 c. olive oil
Mix and press in 9x13 baking dish, set aside.
Mix together:
3 c. milk
2 c. pumpkin puree
4 eggs
1/2 c. agave nectar or honey
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp. flour
blend well and pour over crust.
sprinkle with:
1/2 c chopped nuts
Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes or until set.
