diced fresh pineapple
unsweetened Coconut
The veggie gray I made with Veggie stock and thickened it with rice flour and seasoned to taste with poultry seasoning (herbs) , onion powder, salt, pepper and sage.
Simply amazing!
Looks soooo good, Emily. I am going to have to give this a whirl. Who says changing to plant strong has to be boring?!
ReplyDeleteMarcia, this time around is so different for me than it was 9 years ago. We got so bored with plan old chef salads and smoothies, that's literally about all we ever had, so we started adding in chicken breast and fish. But the way I've been cookie with your recipes, Rip's and the ones on other sites, has really opened up a whole new world of wonderful food! And I'm hungry when it's time to cook, so cooking is FUN again! I was getting so burnt out on cooking because I was overeating all the time and eating the wrong things and so was never hungry at meal time, I just ate because it was meal time! I love being hungry at meal time again! Brian went to the grocery store today and brought home ICECREAM! I could not believe it! I was kinda agrivated at him. But honestly, where I use to would have eaten a big bowl full, it didn't even sound good! Oh, BTW, the scales werre down 3# from yesterday! :)
