Lunch!

Lunch was delicious and very filling!
Avacado Sprout Wrap
Vegan no fat, no cal Ranch,
Avacado
Broccoli sprouts
Alfalfa/Clover sprouts
Whole Wheat tortilla


And a Soy Protein fruit smoothie!

Fresh OJ
Blueberries
Banana
Spinich
Soy Protein Powder
It looks nasty, but it's actually VERY GOOD!



This Whole Food plant based diet has done more for me in one day than anything I've ever done!  I normally would eat enriched high sugar cereals or pancakes with syrup for Breakfast,  Leftovers for lunch, several cookies throughout the day, if there's cake around, a few pieces of that and then usually a high fat supper with MEAT.   My days were horrible, I had no energy, couldn't do anything and I hurt all over...muscle pain in my legs, feet and back.

Today I do still have some pain, which is to be expected for the first day!  It's going to take a while to get the toxins out, but I have more energy than normal!  I've actually gotten some stuff done!  Working on cleaning out my cupboards right now and getting rid of JUNK food!  :)  yay!
