Vegan Hot Cocoa

My snack before bed tonight, a bite of Black Bean Brownie and a cup of Vegan Hot Cocoa!  Chocolate is healthy, so why shouldn't we have our own version??   I used Agave Syrup and Molasses in the brownies, maybe used too much molasses, next time I'll just use agave syrup.   But the Hot Cocoa!  Wow!  It's fabulous!

Fill a coffee mug 1" from the top with Vanilla Rice Milk or Almond Milk, heat to desired temp and add:
1 tbsp unsweetened baking cocoa
Agave Syrup to taste

Yummmm!
