Hubby and I went grocery shopping tonight and I'm ready for the 21 day challenge I'm going to do with a group of ladies/men too maybe? Anyway we're starting 21 days on the 10th, doing juices, smoothies and one whole food meal a day! Can't wait to get going, but untill then, I'll be eating Engine 2 Diet, which is Whole Food Vegan, no fats or animal products, no refined sugars or enriched flour!

2 Wasa Breads
1/2 avacado sliced
a few broccoli sprouts
a dab of Vegan no fat, no cal mayo on each bread
It was incredibly yummo!!!!
Had an apple and a Clementine for dessert!
All refrigerated groceries in the fridge, other stuff can be put away tomorrow! I'm going to bed!
