Old habits die hard! Wow did I find that out today!
Here I think I'm doing such a great job sticking to Whole Food Vegan diet and about 3:30 in the afternoon I suddenly felt parched! To my amazement I hadn't drank any water all day! WHAT? No Water all day? What was I thinking? I have had a hard time drinking as much water as I should for some time and I just didn't think about it. The wise Fly Lady teaches to set the timer for drinking water to make sure you don't forget. I just might have to do that. I did have a glass of water and thinking I should drink another one here shortly!
Water is so important, our bodies are mostly water and we have to keep that water level up so we don't dehydrate. Water also helps flush toxins out of the body and keeps digestion working smoothly.
So Go drink your water!!!!
